Time to update the bio again.
Tumult in the public radio world has led me to a new, much more depressing job. I’m quickly becoming an expert on climate change. So, in order to find some therapy, I’m going to start posting links here to share in all the wonderful things I’m uncovering.
Like this:
Steven Chu, the US Secretary of Energy, wonders if there’ll even be a California in 100 years.
Meanwhile, Australia is already finding out.
Even this story that a friend posted to Facebook is saddening me (the link says, “Koala Cuteness”!).
But by far the biggest bummer I’ve uncovered is this (scroll down). Thankfully it is not transcribed.

I like the graphic you selected. In 2050 our primary means of transportation will be walking naked on sand dunes by night.
