I recently saw the new Michel Gondry movie, Be Kind Rewind, and left the theater feeling like the preview said it all, just in a tad less detail (though, truth be told, the sweded trailer is probably the best thing about the entire project). Jack Black and Danny Glover were their usual, Mos Def kinda annoyed and Shosho brought up the point that there’s always something a little … weird when French people try to capture the american black experience.

Rafi later showed us this video, which rekindled my love affair with battle rhymes of the highest caliber.
